That is just too cute, love your comment, “chocolate shark” and based on this photo I would say you are correct. I can hear the music of “JAWS” in my mind right now. You know the scene, unsuspecting bather, the water is rippling behind them and the next thing you know, bloop…..down goes the bather……
These are very beautiful pictures. Our chocolate lab would have loved to be there playing.
Does Mr. Stick have an evil twin? Just sayin’
‘Glad to see the dawgs out and frolicking in the water now that summer has arrived. Gorgeous pics.
What fun! It’s about time, isn’t it?
That looks like the horseshoe ???? correct ??
well just below the horseshoe
Just a bit further south. Very close. 🙂
I think my Shadow would’ve loved to have join in!

This is a wonderful photo op. and a great day for a water dog!
Every water lovin canine should have this scenery a short drive away. All the more reason to support our nation’s wild places!
Welcome to the lazy days of summer…….wipe your feet before you get into the car, girls.
No words necessary. Sola and Truffles’ expressions say it all!
My two pups get in the “Magic Pond” every day when they can. It is magic because it disappears in the summer.
Nothing like a day out to have fun!
Beautiful Pictures…and I like the new blog design.
We guess you aren’t having the heat wave we have. It sure looks like a lot of fun there.
Woos ~ Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
Um, Sola, watch out behind you!
Is that Mr. Stick I see lurking around? I thought he was dead by now!
Looks like the hot weather has brought out the water dawgs in us all. ;0=)
Wonderful pics of good ol’ fashioned water fun. Ms. Truffles looks like she is a Chocolate shark about to attack Sola.

hey Sola,
The first picture of you is stunning! Nothing like a dog running in a field. Love it!
Your creek looks like so much fun! Although I am not a water dog, on a hot melting day like today, I would totally join you splashing about!
